AFCEA Aberdeen - What's New

Providing insight on ATEC's future, MG Genaro Dellarocco joined us in January as he prepares to hand over his post – while bracing for sequestration impacts.

Aberdeen Young AFCEAns Tim Jahnigen, Christa Dahlem and Stacy Kauffman present a $3500 donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Harford County, raised through the YAC's innaugural 5K / 1 Mile Walk. Another $3500 donation was presented to Edgewood Middle School.

Thanks to COL DuPont, who explained how PM EW is tracking today's challenges while gearing up for a more efficient and effective future.

Students at Aberdeen High School are building online graphic programs used to drive robotic devices because of Chapter funds used to renew their MATLAB licenses.

Thanks to MG Price for her presentation to update the Chapter on PEO C3T to another record crowd at Top of the Bay!

Students at Youths Benefit Elementary build Lego Mindstorms robots, an event made possible in part by AFCEA Aberdeen Chapter sponsors.

Brendler, Director of Architecture, Operations, Networks and Space, Office of the Chief Information Officer/G-6. Chesapeake Science & Security Corridor - The Chesapeake Science & Security Corridor (CSSC) brings together eight jurisdictions in three states to ensure a successful BRAC implementation and high quality of life for those who live and work in our growing defense community. CSSC is home to Aberdeen Proving Ground, includes Harford, Baltimore and Cecil Counties and Baltimore City, Maryland, as well as strategic partners Chester, York and Lancaster Counties in Pennsylvania, New Castle County, Delaware, two metropolitan planning councils (Baltimore and Wilmington), the Greater Baltimore Committee and the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore.
