Thank you for supporting AFCEA Aberdeen by participating in our events. We accept cash, check and credit card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover) on site, but encourage you to pay in advance via credit card to help minimize long lines at registration.
Cancellation policy: If you pre-paid for your ticket and need to cancel due to a schedule change, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations received after this but prior to the event start time, will receive a credit for a future luncheon.

Registration will close at noon on Friday, 24 May. A list of all attendees pre-registered by this time will be provided at Gate 5 at the APG 715 Gate starting at 1045 on the day of the event, to permit those without appropriate credentials to skip a stop at the Visitors Center. Please be sure to bring government issued ID (driver's license, etc).
SPECIAL EVENT: The Harford Artists' Association (HAA) will be onsite displaying work for sale by local artists. HAA, organized in 1967 and incorporated in 1970, is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of the fine arts in Harford County. The Harford Artists Gallery is located in the former caretaker’s cottage at Rockfield Manor in Bel Air. The gallery is an ever-changing collection of local painting, photography, jewelry and pottery.
