January Luncheon (MG Hughes)

January Luncheon (MG Hughes)

Location: Waters Edge Event Center
Date: January 14, 2015

Please join us for our Monthly Luncheon at the Waters Edge Event Center on Wednesday 14 January.

Join Program Executive Office C3T for an interactive discussion to help us map the course of Mission Command Network Modernization efforts as we continue to support the Army Operating Concept and Force 2025 efforts. MG Dan Hughes, PEO C3T, will provide a short synopsis of the technical pathway as the Army continues to modernize its tactical network to support Infantry, Stryker, and Armored Brigade Combat Teams. This forum will build upon previous events to include a 'white board' open discussion session with the PEO and key staff that will focus on technical imperatives that may support the PEO Network Modernization roadmap efforts as we look to future over the next three decades. This session is meant to open a repeatable dialogue between industry and the program office as together we strive to find solutions for phased modernization approaches across our portfolio to include Mission Command applications, Cyber and Network Operations, and Satellite and Waveform development.

Agenda:

1130 - 1200 - Networking

1200 - 1230 - Lunch

1230 - 1250 MG Hughes - Network Modernization Overview

1250 - 1320 - Technology Focus Areas - 2020

1320 - 1340 - Technology Focus Areas - 2030

1340 - 1400 - Technology Focus Areas - 2040

More details will be provided on the topics within each focus discussion as the date approaches.  This will be a highly interactive discussion in support of mid- to long-term network modernization planning.

The event will begin at 1130 with networking and end at 1330. Online registration is now open.  We encourage both business development and technical representatives to attend.
